We answer every day, Monday to Sunday, from 09:00 to 18:00 Cyprus time, usually within 2 to 4 hours, in Greek and English. Our office is in Aradippou, Larnaca.

Common questions
How quickly do you answer?
Every day, Monday to Sunday, from 09:00 to 18:00 Cyprus time, usually within 2 to 4 hours. Anything that arrives after 18:00 is answered the next morning.
Does the demonstration cost anything or commit us to anything?
No. The demonstration is free and without any commitment. We show the program with sample data for your specialty and answer your questions.
Do you come to our practice?
Yes, anywhere in Cyprus. If you prefer, the demonstration takes place online by video call from your desk.
Can you move the data from our current software?
Yes. Patients, appointments, visits, notes, invoices and documents. A test run first shows what will come across, and every import can be rolled back for 30 days. See data migration.
Do we need our own server or technician?
No. IXXO hosts, updates and supports IXXO Med. All you need is a browser and an internet connection.
