IXXO Med
Blood pressure and heart rate, between visits.
The app for iPhone and Apple Watch connects to your practice with one QR code. From then on, readings arrive by themselves. Included in the Advanced edition.
For the patient: simple, with big buttons
Designed for people who are not at ease with technology. In Greek or English, with times on the 24 hour clock.
Readings from Apple Health
Heart rate, resting heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen, irregular rhythm notifications and the Apple Watch ECG classification. The ECG waveform itself is never read.
A guided blood pressure week
Seven days, morning and evening: five minutes of rest, two readings, send. Reminders at 07:30 and 19:30.
Medicines from the doctor
The doctor chooses which medicines appear in the app. The patient gets a reminder and taps Taken, on the iPhone or the watch.
Symptom reports
Chest pain, palpitations, dizziness or fainting, breathlessness. For serious symptoms a button to call 112 appears at once.
Bluetooth devices
Chest straps and blood pressure cuffs that support the standard Bluetooth profiles, such as the Polar H10. Live sessions keep running with the screen locked.
My practice
Next appointment, what to bring, call the practice and directions. A widget on the home screen.
Connected in three steps
No account, no password and no settings for the patient.
Open the patient's record
Click Connect iPhone app. Monitoring switches on with the default limits and a QR code appears, or you send a link by SMS.
The patient scans the code
The app shows the practice name and asks for confirmation before saving anything.
They allow access to Apple Health
The record shows Connected. From then on, readings are sent by themselves.
For the doctor
The app interprets nothing. The rules run in the practice program, and the doctor sees only what needs attention.
Alerts only when needed
Rules for irregular rhythm, an ECG showing atrial fibrillation, high or low heart rate, low oxygen, very high blood pressure and serious symptoms. A red flag on the record, a task for the doctor and the bell.
Live now
During a live session: heart rate every five seconds, a two minute graph, lowest and highest, heart rate variability.
Readings in the record
The blood pressure week and home readings land in the record's measurements and fill in the visit wizard.
You decide
Monitoring stays off until the doctor switches it on for that patient, and the connection can be revoked in one click.

Privacy and limits
It does not diagnose
The app relays data, it does not interpret it. It is not an emergency service, and 112 is always one tap away.
Data goes only to the practice
Used only to serve the patient. Never for advertising, never sold and never stored in iCloud.
Nothing is written to Health
The app only reads what the patient allows, and only from seven days before pairing.
A secure connection
Connection details are kept in the iPhone Keychain and traffic uses HTTPS only. If the practice revokes the connection, the app deletes anything pending.
