The name of your current program
And the version, if you know it. If you use no program, we bring your data from Excel files or your diary.
Who supports it
The company or technician behind it, and your permission for us to talk to them. We arrange the rest.
A copy of the data
Whatever your program can produce: Excel or CSV files, a database backup or PDF printouts. Not sure? We find out for you.
Where your documents are kept
A folder on a computer, a server or a cloud drive, with your scans and letters.
A rough count
How many patients, how many doctors and how many years of history. It helps us plan properly.
One person and one day
One person at the practice for our questions, and a day that suits you for the switch.
One signature for data protection
A data processing agreement (GDPR), which we send you. You sign it once, before we receive any patient data.

Common questions
Do I have to stop working?
No. Until the day of the switch you work as usual in your current program. The switch happens outside your opening hours.
What if my program cannot export?
We look for a way together with its supplier. If there is none, we bring the essentials (patients, contact details, appointments) and the old program stays for looking up the history.
What does it cost?
The move is quoted for your practice, at a fixed price agreed before we start. No surprises.
What about GeSY?
GeSY claims and referrals stay in the GeSY portal as today. Nothing needs to move from there.
Which file types do you read?
Excel, CSV, SQL database backups, HL7, FHIR, JSON, XML, vCard contacts and ZIP archives of documents.
