Booked in seconds

A patient calls and the front desk books the visit while the patient is still on the line. A few letters find the patient, whether the name is typed in Greek, Latin letters or Greeklish. IXXO Med suggests the doctor and service of the last visit, shows every free time that fits the service's length and the doctor's hours, and never allows two bookings in one slot. The patient gets the confirmation SMS by itself, with 1 to confirm and 2 to cancel.

No empty chair

When a patient cancels, the freed time is matched against the waiting list: the service, GeSY or private, the days and times each patient prefers, and how long each has waited. The best match appears with the reasons, and one click offers the slot by SMS while it is held for that patient. A reply of 1 books it. Without a reply in time, the offer moves to the next patient. In automatic mode IXXO Med does all of this by itself, within the limits the practice sets.

Check in without the queue

A QR code at reception lets patients check themselves in from their phone. The front desk sees each arrival at once on the Today screen, the waiting time starts, and the doctor sees who is next. Reception stays free for the phone, payments and the patients who need help.

The GeSY copayment at check in

For GeSY patients the copayment shows on arrival. One button checks the patient in and issues the numbered copayment receipt, cash or card, taking the patient's yearly cap into account. Every payment lands in the day's totals and in the daily reconciliation for the accountant.

From visit to prescription, safely

The prescription is written from the visit, with the official product information beside each medicine. The dose check compares every dose with the manufacturer's maximum: red above the maximum, amber above the usual dose, with a correction in one click. A red dose stays only with a reason. Today it covers 50 medicines, checked against the official texts. The prescription is then issued for GeSY or printed as a signed private prescription.

AI that shows its sources

Before the patient walks in, the AI summarises the record, and every line leads to its source: the visit, the result or the page of the lab PDF, with its date. At the assessment it can suggest possible diagnoses, with the findings behind each one. It is off by default, works on a copy without names or identity numbers, and nothing enters the record without the doctor's click. The doctor decides.

Prevention, before it is urgent

Standard risk scores are calculated from the patient's own results: heart risk SCORE2, diabetes FINDRISC, liver FIB 4, kidney KDIGO and more, each with its source. The recommended exams are one click away in the plan, a tile shows the patients with raised risk and no plan, and patients are reminded in the IXXO Med app when a check up is due. Prevention is in every edition.

Switching is easy

IXXO moves your data from your current program: patients, appointments, visits, notes, invoices and documents, from CSV, Excel, SQL, HL7, FHIR and more. A test run first shows exactly what will come across and any duplicates, no message goes to patients during the move, and every import can be rolled back for 30 days. Your old program stays untouched.
